Ok here's someadvice. Learn it backside first. Practice your bs 180s. Then get a lot of air, and once you do the first 180, turn your head and look forward. Then bring the board around and also bend your knees.
Sure this one now my ones... I need this for my operation... you know extreme sports sometimes have bad sides... so they just get out the last metal from my Arm:) I won't be terminator anymore.
The bad thing that I feel myself a bit sick now :  I drink 5 liters of tee every day and 3,5 comes out over my eyes and nose... Â

oh man, i just read the polls, you must have at least 2 pages of them (sussing out the competiton ) anyway this is my little sugestion [backflip] do it on a tramp to get the fundamentals then when it comes to doing it just follow through and just do it how you did it on the tramp (dont think about being upside down and get disorientated) anyway thats my 2 cents
well then that will help alot b/c ur body is used to flipping, im gonna try one at my local bmx park soon, gonna do it out of a 6ft dirt qp, it'll be sick if i land it but if i dont it wont be too bad cuz its in a qp

hey dude i would listen to bigair bout the backflip thing, u really should try it on a foam pit or on a ressy pad. u live in cali u should hit up camp woodward, they have tons of foam pits, but i've talked to a lot of pros and they say that backflips can be easier than spinnig 360's. just be careful bro. and if u wana get recognition go to the US opens,
Thanks for the advice, but I know that if I want to push myself to the next level I have to take risks. Besides, I do backflips off of the garbage cans at school, I'm like the backflip expert.
