After numerous sessions in my garden I finally have the staic balance sorted!! Ii can hold the balance for about 10-20 seconds then pop out of it in a nollie sort of fashion. It takes a while but is worth persuing, as it's fun to show off this trick to your mates at the end of a run. The other day after watching a very good tutorial on nose manuals, rolls, and wheel bonks, I went out into the garden to try it myself....it's harder than it looks. There's a certain way that you have to bring the tail up or you just can't hold the manual for more than a second. I can already noseroll and 180 out, but manuals are just completely different.
