Dear DaddyYo,
Please advise as to where on our website we encourage riders to risk injury. I can't seem to find the post that says "ride without a helmet, post your photo for radical bragging rights, and get hurt while doing it!".

You encourage riders to ride without helmets by posting pictures of riders without helemts. That's what I said and not the snide quote you posted above in an attempt to defend your indefensable position.
The type of liabilty insurance I was referring to is that which may be required when a rider cracks his skulls taking photographs of himself riding without a helemt for you to post on this site. I think a parent would have a case if the kid was a memeber of this web site and testfied in court that he wanted to have his picture posted here.
I would be glad to answer any question about helmet safety. Especially since you seem more concerned about attacking me for suggesting riders be safe than using your influenece to suggest they wear helmets and posting photographs of riders without helmets.
It is typical of you and most mountainboard forum owners to consider any comment as bitching. As usual, and in this case, your response is obviously the result of embarassment that you were too selfish, ignorant of the results or too concerned about your "rad" reputation to do what is right for the rider's safety.
This case reminds me of the competition where a woman rider was egged on by other riders to do a trick she was not skilled enough to execute. She ended up with a broken back. Everyone else just keeps on riding and she has a life altering injury.
But so what. Just like you, they get to keep on riding and her injury had no effect on them so why should they care?
You can restict my access to the photographs you have posted of riders without helmets (you forgot about the one on the front page of this site) but it won't change the fact that you do it and you will be responsible when some kid splits their melon.
But, so what. It won't effect you in any way so why should you care?
Were you the model for the dickhead mountainboard shop owner in "Johnny Kapahala - Back on Board"?
