So my neihbor Chris and I are streching, getting ready to board and I tell him to hold on to his socks because im gonna throw down a trick so sick on my first drop in, that its gonna blow his socks off. "O Yeah, lets see it." he said. I drop in, hit the ramp, do a wimpy tail grab (I was trying to do a One-footed Tail grab...) then rolled up my getto slant ramp did a 90* turn, which cuased my rear tires to rolled into the gap on the side of the ramp. Gravity had its way with me and pulled me to the ground. I sat up, brushed my self off, and turned around. I couldn't believe my eyes, my back truck was parallel to my board. "NOOOOOOO" I shouted. I quickly ripped my board out of the ramps clutches, and gathered up all the pieces to my suspension. I then took my board to my front yard for some good old fashion Riggs-rigging. I'll show ya how it's done.
First assess the damage and disassemble.
next make an aluminum plate that will fit inside the top hanger of the truck.
Then pre-drill some holes and attach.
Finally, reassemble truck and ride.
(This repair is only meant to be a temporay fix untill my new parts come in... Hopefully real soon
)
